Designed for all ages and abilities, our classes combine strength, conditioning, and high-energy workouts that get everyone moving, laughing, and feeling stronger together.

Our Vision

At REP & SWEAT, our vision is a North East where movement supports both physical and mental wellbeing, and fitness is a positive, empowering part of everyday life — for adults, children, and families alike.

We believe training should do more than build strength. It should build confidence, resilience, connection, and mental wellbeing. We imagine a future where people of all ages feel supported to move their bodies, challenge themselves, and improve their mindset in a safe, inclusive and motivating environment.

Through structured strength training, functional fitness, conditioning, and community-based sessions, we help individuals and families develop healthy habits that last a lifetime.

By breaking down barriers to participation and creating welcoming spaces to train, we aim to improve both mental health and physical health, reduce isolation, and build stronger, more connected communities — now and for future generations.
