REP & SWEAT Family Fitness is where parents and children train side by side — building strength, confidence and connection together in a supportive, high-energy environment.

These sessions are designed to help families move well, feel strong and create healthy habits that last far beyond the gym. Instead of dropping the kids off and watching from the sidelines, parents lead by example — showing what commitment, effort and resilience look like in real time.

Our sessions combine strength training, conditioning, coordination drills and team-based challenges. Everything is scalable, meaning adults and children of all ages and abilities can train together safely and effectively. Whether you’re new to fitness or already active, every workout is coached to suit growing bodies and developing confidence.
